Purpose

TIE Hoy is an iPhone application published by SCLT. It shows which lote an immigration office is currently issuing, how many lotes remain until yours, and an estimated pickup date. It can also activate one-time paid email alerts through Apple In-App Purchase: Alert and Track. The tiehoy.com domain hosts the presentation of the application, its legal and support documents, and professional services offered by SCLT, such as the appointment management service.

Not an official service

TIE Hoy is not an official service and is not affiliated with any public administration. The estimates it shows are indicative; data comes from public official sources such as ICP and sede.policia.gob.es, user contributions, and other public observations checked by SCLT, and official administrative data prevails. The appointment management service uses an electronic certificate to book appointments on behalf of the user, in accordance with the possibility expressly provided by the administration. It is not an official service and does not imply any relationship with any public administration.

Intellectual and industrial property

The TIE Hoy name, the application's design, its texts, and its code are owned by the owner or used with authorization, and are protected by Spanish and international law. Reproduction, distribution, or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.

Liability

Continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed. The owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, network failures, viruses, or disconnections outside their control, nor for decisions you take relying solely on an estimate from the application.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Torrevieja, Spain, unless consumer legislation determines another venue.
