What is TIE Hoy?

TIE Hoy is an SCLT app that helps you track your TIE card: it shows which lote your office is currently issuing, how many lotes remain until yours, and an estimated pickup date. The app can also activate one-time paid alerts through Apple In-App Purchase: Alert (€1.99) for one notice when your card is ready, and Track (€3.99) for weekly reports, an estimated arrival date, three arrival notices, and a free extension if it is not ready after 2 months. It is an informational tool — not an official service. SCLT also offers a professional appointment management service at tiehoy.com/servicios/cita-previa/.

How to use the app

  1. Choose your province and immigration office from the list.
  2. Enter the lote number shown on your resguardo (application receipt).
  3. View the office's current lote, how many remain until yours, and the estimated date.
  4. If you want email alerts, choose Alert or Track, enter your email, and complete the Apple In-App Purchase.

Where the data comes from

Data comes from public official sources such as ICP and sede.policia.gob.es, user contributions, and other public observations checked by SCLT. The estimate is based on your office's recent pace, not a national average. It is for reference only: official administrative data prevails. TIE Hoy is not an official service.

Frequently asked questions

My lote number has not changed for a long time. What does that mean?

If no change is observed in your office's lote for at least 21 days, this does not mean the app is faulty or reflect a judgement about your office. Check your resguardo or official channels for your case status. Official ICP data prevails.

The estimated date does not match my experience. Why?

The date is an orientation estimate based on your office's pace over recent weeks. It can shift if the pace changes. It is not an appointment or a guarantee. Official ICP data prevails.

How do email alerts work?

Alerts are activated through an Apple In-App Purchase for one specific office and lote. Alert (€1.99) sends one notice when your card is ready. Track (€3.99) adds weekly reports, an estimated date, and three arrival notices. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@sclt.es with the address you used to subscribe.

My office does not appear in the list. What should I do?

Office coverage grows over time. If yours is missing, email info@sclt.es with the office name and province. We will review whether it can be added.
