What we offer
Getting an immigration appointment in Spain can be frustrating: slots disappear in seconds, schedules change without notice, and the system doesn't always work. Our service monitors availability and books the appointment on your behalf using an authorised electronic certificate. You focus on your life — we get the appointment.
Available procedures
Initial issue, renewal or duplicate of the TIE (Foreigner Identity Card).
Application for an invitation letter for family or friends visiting Spain.
Document allowing you to leave and return to Spain while your card is being processed. Valid for 90 days.
Appointment to collect your foreigner identity card once it has been produced.
How it works

- We confirm feasibility and price. No commitment until this point.
- We monitor the official system and book the appointment on your behalf with an electronic certificate.
- We send you confirmation with date, time and address. You only pay if the appointment is secured.

SCLT does not sell appointments. We charge exclusively for the professional management service of booking. The appointment is a free public resource provided by the Administration.

Frequently asked questions
Is this service legal?
Yes. The administration itself allows any person or entity with an electronic certificate to book appointments on behalf of third parties. We perform no action that you couldn't do yourself with a digital certificate.
How long does it take to get the appointment?
It depends on the province and procedure. In some cases the appointment is secured the same day; in others it may take days or weeks. We inform you of the estimated timeframe before confirming.
What information do you need?
NIE, full name (as it appears on your documentation), province and type of procedure. This data is used exclusively for the booking and deleted afterwards.
What happens if you can't get the appointment?
If we cannot secure the appointment within the agreed timeframe, you receive a full refund. No exceptions.
Which provinces do you cover?
We currently cover Alicante, Murcia and Barcelona. We are progressively expanding coverage — write to us with your province and we'll confirm availability.
Does it also work for invitation letters without Cl@ve?
Yes. The invitation letter has a 'without Cl@ve' channel which we use when it's the most efficient route.
